UIW products (ice sheets) will not be accepted as carry on products with the TSA at all domestic USA airports. UIW ice products must be included in your checked luggage.
Rinse the Ultimate Ice sheet with water before freezing for the first time.
Washing instructions (Ultimate Ice Wrap); Remove the Ultimate Ice, and close all fasteners and straps. Machine (gentle cycle) or hand wash with mild soap. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Rinse the Ultimate Wrap, and air dry.
The Ultimate Ice insert, (the Ice), may be cleaned by hand with water and hand soap. The Ice should be air or towel dried.
Do not attempt to cut or alter the Ultimate Ice insert.
Do not place the Ultimate Ice Wrap or Ultimate Ice in a microwave.
Warranty; Ultimate Ice Wrap products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt and contact Ultimate Ice Wraps for all warranty questions.
