Shipping Policy (Inbounds Athletics):

Shipping rates for product shipped from our warehouse are real-time UPS shipping rates.  We know times are tough and money is tight.  We do not add any extra shipping or handling charges to your order.  Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday; typically within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders received after 12:00pm Mountain Time will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping:

Orders with a minimum of $150 in product charges are eligible for free shipping.  Taxes do not apply to the total requirement.  To help you save money it may be best to combine orders with friends and family to reach the $150 requirement.  To qualify for free shipping all products in the order must ship in a single order transaction to a single delivery destination.

To track an order shipped by UPS, please visit UPS Package Tracking.  Shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

We cannot process any international orders at this time.

Shipping Policy (Star Trac):

Because Star Trac® sells factory direct and to ensure that you are getting the best service possible, Star Trac® has developed partnerships with local Authorized Installers to provide white-glove delivery and installation of your fitness equipment.

Most Products ship in 2-4 days and take 5-10 business days to arrive. Deliveries only take place Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

White glove service:

• Shipping and handling includes white-glove service, which provides delivery and in-home assembly of your new fitness equipment.
• A freight carrier will deliver the product to your home and move it into your garage, car port, or inside any single door.
• Upon receipt of your order, a local Star Trac® Authorized Installer will contact you to schedule a convenient Assembly time.
• The Authorized Installer will then arrive at a designated time, and set up the equipment in the room of your choice.
• Each Authorized Installer is responsible for setting its own delivery policy.
• Star Trac® partners with only the best Installers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Shipping Policy (Ultimate Ice Wraps)

Ultimate Ice Wraps orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.  Ultimate Ice Wraps product will ship separately from other products on the same order and may therefore arrive at a different time.
