For Apparel and Soft Goods:
Unused merchandise may be returned if the product is in the same condition as when purchased and with the original tags attached. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included. Returns are
accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the condition of the product(s), credit will be
issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount
- please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect
the credit. We can not refund your original shipping or return fees.
Please send returned product in a carefully packed, prepaid, insured, package via a traceable method to the address below. COD deliveries cannot be accepted.

Unopened product with original seals intact and in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included. Upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the condition of the product(s), credit will be
issued to the original credit card for the item(s) amount
- please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect

telephone number, and the reason you are returning the product(s).
For Equipment and Fitness Accessories:
Star Trac and ST Fitness -
Please contact Star Trac customer service department within 30 days from receipt
of your product at (800) 745-3758 for a return authorization number.
Then
return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging and
you'll receive a full refund, less shipping and handling. Items must be
shipped no later than 2 weeks after your return authorization is given.
Please note the following:
- Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition with all accessories included.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
- Your return must be shipped no later than two weeks or 10 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number.
If
the machine is sent back for any reason other than a manufacturing
defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to
and from our factory.
In the event of a request for return due
to a manufacturing defect, an authorized representative must first
diagnose the machine and determine that a return is necessary. This
diagnosis will generally occur within 3-10 business days after initial
contact. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
Refused
shipments without prior authorization from Star Trac are subject to a
20% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for shipping
charges both ways.
Delivery is only available within the 48
contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes,
APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
For Misc. Items (Books, DVD's, Videos, etc.):
